Introducing the Virtual Craft Show

The Bet Am Shalom Virtual Judaica Craft Show was launched in the fall of 2020.  It was designed to encompasses the unique elements of our highly successful 25-year traditional craft show while capitalizing on the benefits of a virtual environment.  The site provided a unique, jury-selected array of Judaic artists and their work, and facilitated interaction between the artists and the attendees.  The virtual show also allowed for a more comprehensive view of the work of each artist, an aspect not possible with the in-person physical show such as videos illustrating their motivation to create beautiful, purposeful Judaica and the useful artifacts that result from their efforts.

Live events with artists and experts were also held and videos of those events can be viewed.

Bet Am Shalom's Executive Committee has formed an exploratory task force to assess the feasibility of continuing the virtual site as well as bringing back our physical Craft Show. The recommendations of the exploratory task force are  scheduled to be complete mid-March, 2022.  In the meantime, we hope you will visit the sites of the amazing artists who have made this possible.
